1. Overview
We understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. Below you’ll find our policies around refunds, replacements, and returns to ensure transparency and trust.
2. Defective, Damaged or Incorrect Items
- If your item arrives defective, broken, or clearly damaged, please notify us within 30 days of receipt.
- Provide a photo or video showing the damage or defect.
- Once validated, we will offer either:
- A full refund via your original payment method
- A replacement at no extra cost
- If only part of a product is damaged (but doesn’t affect the core function), we may offer a partial refund or send replacement parts.
3. Incorrect or Missing Items
- If you receive the wrong item, or something is missing, contact us with proof (photo/video).
- For items that are wrong only in cosmetic ways (e.g. color shade, slight finish variation) but function properly, we may offer a partial refund or resend.
- For missing parts that affect usage, we will send the full replacement or necessary parts.
4. Returns & Exchanges (Change of Mind)
- Because many of our products are shipped directly from suppliers/warehouses, we do not accept returns for “change of mind” or incorrect size preferences.
- Exchanges are currently not available either - once an item is dispatched, we cannot swap it.
- We strongly encourage you to review product details and sizing before purchase.
5. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5 business days after validation.
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.).
- You will receive an email once your refund is approved.
6. Return Shipping Costs
- If the item is damaged or incorrect, we will cover all return shipping costs if we require the item to be returned. Otherwise as stated above in section 2 for Defective, Damaged or Incorrect Items we will issue a full refund or replacement.
7. Limitations / Notes
- If only the packaging is damaged (but the product inside is intact), we typically cannot offer refund or replacement solely for the box.
- This does not apply if the product itself is damaged or dysfunctional.
- All claims must be submitted within 30 days of delivery to be eligible.
